The 'What Next' Workshop for Individuals

As well as workshops for groups from organisations, we also run 'open' sessions for individuals (and couples).
A practical programme for people facing change.
  • Workshop outcomes By the end of the session:
  • - We shall understand the personal effects of change in context - We shall develop strategies for dealing with change - We shall have structured approaches to planning for life changes - We shall have shared experience, knowledge and wisdom
  • Workshop Agenda Morning - Aims, Personal situation, future visioning - Understanding change and your attitude to change Afternoon - Three models to help understand yourself and plan your future - Structured thinking exercise - Exploration exercise
Training budgets are often underutilised resources within organisations. Engage with your manager or people team to see if there's support available for these workshops
